WildEarth Guardians‘ Fall 2014 “Wild At Heart” magazine featured my work with grouse and my book, Save the Last Dance (Page 3).
WildEarth Guardians is a non-profit organization that seeks to protect and restore the wildlife, wild places, wild rivers, and health of the American West. They also sponsored my week-long book tour last August in three different states, to promote and educate the public about the need of sage-grouse conservation.
Erik Molvar, Sagebrush Sea Campaign director of the WildEarth Guardians, who helped me tremendously during the tour, explained the purpose of the organization well – “Animals don’t have a voice, so we try to be their voice.”
I’m proud to be featured in their publication and be part of their mission.
